CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE--Did you attend the 2012 meeting and haven't accessed your Certificate of Attendance?

Certificates of Attendance will not be mailed to
attendees/ facilities/organizations. Attendees can
print their own CEU certificates beginning Monday,
November 12, 2012. Please follow the steps below to
easily access your CEU Certificate.

Note: all registration fees must be paid before a CEU
certificate can be printed.

STEP 1: Write down your facility/organization and
first/last name as they appear on your name badge.
When accessing your certificate, you must enter this
information EXACTLY as it appears on your name
badge.

STEP 2: On or after Monday, November 12, visit the
IHCA-ICAL homepage at www.ihca-ical.org and look
for the light blue box titled, “CEU Certificates”. Click
on the gray button titled, “Get Your CEU Certificate”.
You will be redirected to our certificate management
website, CEU Avenue. Here you will enter your
facility/organization name and your first/last name
EXACTLY as they appear on your name badge.

STEP 3: Click on “View Your Attendance History”, if
everything has been entered correctly, you will see a
webpage that includes your name and attendance
history. Before you can print your certificate, all
registration fees must be paid. Look for the blue link
toward the top of the page that reads, “print your
certificate”
